Policy Details
- Return window: 14 days from the date of confirmed delivery.
- Condition requirement: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached.
- How to start a return: Use the contact form on this page with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps.
- Defective or wrong items: If you received a defective item or the wrong product we will send a replacement at no cost to you — no return necessary. Just send us a photo through the contact form above.
- Sizing exchanges: If the fit isn't right contact us within 14 days using the form above and we'll work with you on an exchange where available.
- Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Print on demand note: Our shirts are printed to order specifically for you. If your item has a print quality issue we will absolutely replace it at no cost — just use the contact form above and send us a photo.
